Treatment Modalities
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and modify unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours.
Mindfulness techniques are incorporated to enhance present-moment awareness and promote emotional regulation.
Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) to assist clients in understanding and transforming their emotional experiences, fostering deeper connections and healing.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to empower clients to embrace present-moment awareness and build a life rich in purpose and vitality, regardless of internal experiences.
Providing neuroaffirming care is fundamental to our practice.
To us, it means moving away from a deficit-based model and embracing the inherent strengths and unique perspectives of every individual. It's about recognizing that neurological differences are not disorders to be fixed, but variations to be understood and respected. We strive to create a therapeutic space where neurodivergent clients feel safe, validated, and empowered. This involves adapting our approach to meet your specific needs, fostering self-compassion, and celebrating your neurodiversity.
